Abstract
本プレゼンテーションでは、今後12～24か月の間にグローバルなビジネスエコシステムを変化させ、企業のIT戦略やビジネス戦略を形成する重要なドライバー（重要な外部要因）について説明している。IDCでは、2022年の外部要因として、世界各地で進行中の新型コロナウイルス感染症（COVID-19）の感染拡大の影響を受け、世界経済や社会情勢が引き続き混乱していることを指摘している。IDCでは、PESTEL + B（政治、経済、社会、技術、環境、法律、ビジネス）というパラダイムを用いて、毎年外部ドライバーの検討を行い、それらの力がもたらす範囲を特定している。2022年のドライバーでは、地政学的リスク、サイバーセキュリティの課題、デジタルファースト、接続性、ESG、労働力の変革、顧客エンゲージメントの変化などの破壊的な影響に触れている。
