With a background in business economics, he worked for Sogeti as a senior consultant before joining Metri as a principal consultant and practice lead for IT Intelligence services. Harold's leadership roles include former president of the International Software Benchmarking Standards Group (ISBSG), board member of Nesma, and currently also board member of the Software Special Interest Group of the International Cost Estimation and Analysis Association (ICEAA).
