Abstract

This IDC study discusses worldwide imaging, printing, and document solutions top 10 predictions for 2023.

"While the brute force of the global pandemic appears to be under control, organizations have to assess the aftermath of its impact and what is required for their organization's future operations. Status quo cannot be the answer; too much has changed," says Keith Kmetz, program vice president, Imaging, Printing, and Document Solutions Research at IDC. "The trajectory of the imaging and printing solutions offering has been irreversibly changed due to the events of the past two-plus years. Given the dramatic level of responsive activity to a changing economic climate, buyers will, more than ever, be challenged to ensure that their organizations are equipped with the most appropriate set of document-related solutions for employees to perform at peak efficiency. Mission-critical printing and imaging solutions must be a part of this formula."
