This IDC study discusses the top 10 predictions for worldwide imaging, printing, and document solutions for 2022.
"Planning for an appropriate response to a global pandemic is the foundation for IDC's future vision of the imaging and printing market," says Keith Kmetz, IDC's program vice president for Imaging, Printing, and Document Solutions Research. "Buyers will need to consider an evolved role for print in the face of return-to-the-office initiatives and how the organization will work in the future. It does not mean that print is eliminated from technology consideration, but it does require that buyers take a fresh look at their print procurement strategy and partner with providers that can offer a set of solutions that align with their future of work vision."
