This IDC Market Perspective highlights Dreamforce 2023, the annual Salesforce conference that was held in San Francisco, California. The event showcased many announcements, notably, the unveiling of the range of new products, including the Einstein 1 Platform, Einstein 1 Copilot, and Einstein 1 Copilot Studio.
