This IDC Survey presents the results of an IDC QuickPoll performed in October 2022 to determine enterprise usage and support patterns for enterprise service management in the United States.
"Enterprise service management involves close collaboration between IT and business planning to envision, plan, operate, and improve business services," said Snow Tempest, research manager for IT Service Management at IDC.
