Abstract
Accelerated cloud adoption is not a new trend anymore. In fact, cloud has become one of the most preferred deployment options for organizations in the Middle East, Türkiye, and Africa (META) region that are looking to drive their digital transformation initiatives. With AI and generative AI (GenAI) adoption, organizations are moving to cloud for innovation, scalability, flexibility, and many other benefits. Organizations are leveraging hybrid multi-cloud platforms, and local as well as global cloud service providers are integrating AI and GenAI capabilities across their cloud services.
Numerous challenges remain, particularly those relating to hybrid/multicloud management concerns, evolving regulations, data privacy laws, and relevant skills shortages.
