This IDC Market Perspective summarizes a discussion among partners that joined IDC's quarterly Partner Advisory Board in September 2023. During the discussion, partners from EMEA representing a variety of vendors shared what is top-of-mind for them and what market dynamics will drive their business decisions in 2024.
"Partners have identified challenges and opportunities in how their vendor partners engage with them. Despite longer customer sales cycles and economic uncertainty as ongoing concerns, partners remain upbeat about opportunities in 2024 and believe customers see technology as central to their business strategies," said Josh Budd, research manager, IDC.
