Abstract
This IDC Survey examines the European results of IDC's Worldwide C-Suite Survey and offers a view on the investment priorities and challenges of European technology executives, including the CIO. IDC research shows that European technology executives have the customer as the focal point for their business priorities, but they face challenges around creating and nurturing collaboration internally.
"European C-suite executives are facing sustained market pressure. However, they remain focused on improving customer experience as a means to strengthen their market position and emerge from the current economic uncertainty with a stronger digital business," said Dave Clemente, research director for European C-Suite, IDC Europe.
