This IDC Survey Spotlight delves into organizations' preferred partners as they transition to unified communications-as-a-service (UCaaS) solutions. Compared with traditional on-premises voice solutions, cloud-based voice offers numerous advantages that we explore in this document. IDC's 2023 Asia/Pacific Enterprise Collaboration Survey investigates organizations' preferred strategic partners and expected benefits for UCaaS.

"As cloud-based voice gains momentum among enterprises seeking flexible and scalable communication solutions, telecom SPs emerge as preferred partners because of their client ownership and infrastructure," explains Nikhil Batra, Research Director, Telecom and Internet of Things (IoT), IDC Asia/Pacific.
