This IDC Tech Buyer Presentation draws on new data from IDC's latest Global Retail and Global Consumer Sentiment Surveys to examine the impact for retailers of shoppers, particularly younger demographics, showing a greater embrace of a range of self-service technologies as well as their new expectations for fast, frictionless, omni-channel shopping journeys.
