This IDC Survey Spotlight highlights results of a question on SASE adoption and breaks down the results by company size.
"IDC's recent Software-Defined WAN (SD-WAN) Special Report Survey of more than 1,000 global users or perspective users of SD-WAN asked a series of in-depth questions, including one about SASE adoption," said Brandon Butler, senior research analyst, Enterprise Networks. "Results show a striking difference in SASE adoption and planned adoption by company size, with larger enterprises having adopted SASE at a significantly higher rate compared with organizations with less than 1,000 employees, indicating that SASE adoption maturity has a direct correlation with company size."
