This IDC Survey Spotlight shares details of how organizations plan to use AI-enhanced operational (AIOps) capabilities in SD-WAN management.
"A key focus of software-defined wide area network (SD-WAN) technology has been the advent and rapid maturation of AI-enhanced operational (AIOps) capabilities in SD-WAN management platforms. But what are SD-WAN users looking to use AIOps capabilities for?" says Brandon Butler, senior research manager, IDC's Enterprise Networks. "This IDC Survey Spotlight shows that SD-WAN users are keenly interested in using AI capabilities for network telemetry analysis and for determining the root cause of network performance issues.
