Abstract
This IDC Survey Spotlight examines how global enterprises plan to use digital technologies for intelligent contracts over the next one to three years. This includes using technology for automating call-offs and SLAs, condition term/condition discovery, contract authoring/signatures, and continuous monitoring. Intelligent contract is defined as one of the seven core programs in IDC's Worldwide Digital Transformation Use Case Taxonomy, 2023: Procurement (IDC #US51213122, September 2023).
