Abstract
The IDC Survey Spotlight provides data from IDC's Future Enterprise Resiliency and Spending Survey, Wave 8, fielded in August/September of 2023, with 888 IT decision-making respondents from enterprises in and across North American, European, and Asia/Pacific countries.
Recent IDC survey data highlights the stark differences in how enterprises in different regions leverage the features that network as a service (NaaS) brings to the business. 53% of North American enterprises use NaaS for dedicated internet access compared with 26% in Europe. Similarly, over 40% Asia/Pacific enterprises are users of SASE, SD-LAN, and bandwidth on demand features, ranking from 10 to 15 percentage points above other regions.
