This IDC Perspective discusses key takeaways from IDC's recently completed 2023 Future of Digital Infrastructure Worldwide Sentiment Survey, which included 145 decision makers that identify Dell Technologies as one of their organizations' top 3 digital infrastructure providers. "Our survey shows that Dell Technologies' customers are focused on enabling distributed workloads, improving operational productivity, and taking advantage of as-a-service options for infrastructure," notes Mary Johnston Turner, IDC research vice president, Future of Digital Infrastructure. "Dell Technologies is proactively addressing many customer priorities by expanding the APEX portfolio and collaborating with a wide range of technology partners to promote unified management and security solutions," she adds.
