This IDC study presents the updated forecast data for the worldwide tablet market for 2023–2027.
"The near-term tablet market, like recent history, will be unforgiving," states Linn Huang, research vice president, Devices and Displays, IDC. "Deteriorating macros and inventory excess have suppressed demand and held back supply. There is hope in 2024 for strong refresh, but this will to be underpinned by some level of economic recovery."
