Abstract
This IDC Survey reveals the state of the availability of real-time operational data by role, physical process, region, and C-level status, as well as identifies the challenges faced in obtaining real-time operational data within an organization. Looking past the view of access to operational data, this document also analyzes budget reduction immunity of company focus areas in relation to integration and automation in order to assess the prioritization of technologies to improve real-time access to operational data.
