This IDC Perspective summarizes the conversation shared by IDC's Global CIO Advisory Board members in April 2023. This was the second session on generative AI in 2023, and it included an in-depth case study presentation from Arçelik Chief Strategy and Digital Officer Utku Baris Pazar.
