This IDC Survey Spotlight reveals that enterprises are leveraging digital adoption platforms (DAPs) primarily to accelerate onboarding, reskilling, and upskilling employees. This correlates with the results from IDC's 2023 Future of Work Survey, which revealed that organizations consider DAPs as a top area of investment for improving employee onboarding, skilling, and training. IDC predicts that by 2027, 80% of G1000 organizations will mitigate technical skills shortages using DAPs.
