Abstract
This IDC Survey Spotlight provides insight into organizations' approach to generative AI across regions. The document contains respondent data from IDC's Future Enterprise Resiliency and Spending Survey, Wave 2, conducted in March 2023. IDC asked 952 IT decision makers in North America, Asia/Pacific, and EMEA to indicate their current approach to generative AI, the generative AI use cases they anticipate having the most promise for their organization, and two business areas they thought generative AI could make the most impact in the next 18 months.
