This IDC Survey Spotlight presents data from IDC's DevOps Practices, Tooling, and Perceptions Survey conducted in November 2022. There is an image that strict IT change management processes often stall software delivery. Is it true, or is there more nuance? This document shows that certain types of changes are the most likely to bottleneck DevOps delivery.
"Knowing the specific types of changes that currently take longer to address can help IT leaders adjust their processes and help tech vendors provide support for those changes.
