Abstract
This IDC Survey presents findings from IDC's Worldwide Sustainable Buildings, Homes, and Districts Survey, 2023. This document focuses on organizations' top priorities for their built environment projects and how these are being met through ecosystem collaboration. The document highlights new industry partnerships between architecture, engineering, and construction (AEC) companies; commercial real estate (CRE) companies; and tech vendors in the built environment market. The research covers the adoption rate of different collaboration models from framework contracts to joint go-to-market strategies and proptech SME investment. The findings will provide insights for actors across the built environment ecosystem from tech vendors to AEC and CRE firms.
