"The media and entertainment (M&E) industry is now well on its way to cloud adoption, but navigating through its complexities to achieve targeted financial objectives requires a new way of thinking," said Alex Holtz, research director, Worldwide Media and Entertainment Digital Strategies at IDC. "As M&E organizations transition to cloud services, they have the unique opportunity to not only adopt advanced, highly integrated native cloud business systems and technologies but also rethink how best to achieve a TCO model that works for their organization.
