This IDC Survey Spotlight provides insights from IDC's PaaS Decision-Maker Survey, conducted in November 2023, to investigate how many cloud deployments are net-new applications and how many are migrated to a managed cloud service (replatformed)? The data provides insight into the comparative motions of lift and shift, rebuild/modernize, net new/cloud native, and replatform to a PaaS environment.
