This IDC study presents a view of worldwide artificial intelligence (AI) platforms software revenue broken down by vendor for the historical year 2022.
"Despite continuing financial challenges, the market for artificial intelligence platforms software grew by 32.0% to $18.8 billion in 2022," says Raghunandhan Kuppuswamy, research manager, AI and Automations Software Research at IDC. "The AI platforms market in 2022 saw continued growth in all segments of the market, providing enterprises with capabilities for model building, training, and inferencing. Growing data complexities, data governance, and increase in adoption by manufacturing industries are the few drivers for growing AI platforms adoption."
