Abstract
This IDC Survey examines the extent to which buyers and decision makers of managed (outsourced) finance business process services in Europe (United Kingdom, Germany) have outsourced their finance analytics activities, including the structure of their organizations' finance analytics model, and the extent to which they've invested in integrated, cloud data environments to synchronize and automate their finance data. It also provides a view of the benefits realized for those who have invested in cloud to support the use of finance data more effectively.
Data depicted in this presentation comes from IDC's 2022 Worldwide Finance and Accounting Business Process Services Survey, which was fielded from August to October 2022. This study surveyed almost 800 global buyers and decisions makers of outsourced finance and accounting business process services with a representation across industries, company sizes, IT/LOB roles, and job titles, including CFOs and heads of finance.
