Abstract

This report series highlights IDC’s recognition of innovative product and services companies in the GenAI domain across the Middle East and Türkiye, focusing on Magnoos, Lucidya, Navid, M42, KoçDigital, and the Technology Innovation Institute (TII). There are a number of initiatives underway within the AI ecosystem to build Arabic language–based foundation models, embed GenAI into existing products, and build professional and managed services capabilities. These efforts are collectively setting new standards in leveraging GenAI to address regional challenges around sovereignty, privacy, and security, thus enabling an accelerated path to driving regional innovation.

“GenAI is a catalyst for regional innovation with global impact. Our analysis highlights M42, Lucidya, KoçDigital, Navid, Magnoos, and the Technology Innovation Institute. These companies are not only enhancing their AI solution delivery capabilities but also setting benchmarks in their markets by integrating AI into their core strategies. They are developing GenAI professional services, GenAI-embedded business applications, and foundation models to meet global demand and address regional security, privacy, and sovereignty concerns. This report series showcases how regional challenges are being transformed into innovation-driven opportunities with both a regional and global impact.” — Melih Murat, associate research director, IT services and software, Middle East, Türkiye, and Africa, IDC
