Abstract
This IDC Survey presentation provides insights into the digital business strategies and aspirations of organizations in Saudi Arabia. Organizations are shifting their priorities and IT investments as they transition into viable digital companies.
The analysis is based on the results of IDC’s META IT Services Survey, 2024, which polled CIOs and IT and LOB leaders in Saudi Arabia in October 2023. The study examines the business priorities, digital initiatives, and technology adoption trends of end-user organizations, including in the areas of AI/generative AI and sustainability. It also probes the difficulties end users face in driving innovation, and highlights the strategic IT competencies enterprises are developing to realize their visions.
