Abstract
This IDC study utilizes the IDC MarketScape model to provide a vendor assessment of the 2023–2024 Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region Oracle application implementation services ecosystem market. The research quantitatively and qualitatively assesses the characteristics of vendor success in the market, with the aim of anticipating the future course of the 10 vendors included in the study. The evaluation is based on a comprehensive and rigorous framework that assesses vendors relative to the criteria and to one another. The presentation highlights the factors expected to be the most influential for success in the market in both the short and long term.
