This IDC Survey provides an overview of supply chain management (SCM) trends in the Middle East and Africa (MEA). The SCM market in the MEA region is transitioning to software-as-a-service (SaaS)-based deployment models using a lift-and-shift approach. This report examines SCM adoption preferences among end users based on insights from IDC's Middle East, Türkiye, and Africa (META) Supply Chain Survey, 2023.
