本調査レポートは、データセンターサービス事業者の選定に当たってユーザー企業が重視する項目を、2023年5月に実施した国内データセンターサービスユーザー調査の結果を基に分析したものである。ユーザー企業が選定条件として重視することを、製造、金融、流通、医療／教育、その他（サービス、公共など）の5つの産業分野に細分化し、ユーザー企業の業種による違いに着目して分析している。
