Abstract
This IDC Survey Spotlight is based on IDC's Future Enterprise Resiliency and Spending Survey, Wave 6, conducted in July 2023. The analysis provides insights into the change in generative AI (GenAI) adoption among European organizations between March and July 2023 and their early decisions relating to strategic GenAI partners.
While the excitement from GenAI continues, most companies (58%) are still in the initial stages, exploring potential use cases. IT consulting firms have a very promising starting position to become strategic partners of choice for European organizations.
