Abstract
This IDC Perspective features IDC Retail Insights' selection of retail and brands stories shared at the Oracle Retail Industry Forum (ORIF) event held in Vienna, Austria, on October 10 to 12, 2023. It shares Oracle's retail and consumer vision and new retail industry capabilities around omni-channel commerce and customer experience personalization. More specifically, this highlights the experiences and lessons learned by leading EMEA retailers from fashion, luxury, beauty, and grocery sectors.
