Abstract
This IDC Market Note reviews the key themes and emphasis on cultural transformation from several recent analyst interactions with EMEA telco industry CEOs and CXOs. In all these interactions, the leadership identified cultural transformation as a key focus area. Beyond analyst presentations and direct discussions, the industry is also becoming more visibly diverse at the CXO level. By January 2024, three out of the six largest telecom groups in Europe will be led by women for the first time in the industry's history.
