Abstract
This IDC Survey Spotlight analyzes SMBs' adoption of generative AI as well as the top use cases for the business. In Wave 2 (March 2023) of its monthly SMB LOB and IT Executive Survey, IDC surveyed 120 SMBs in Europe across the following European countries: the U.K., France, Germany, Italy, and the Nordic countries. SMBs in this survey are defined as companies with 2-499 employees.
