Abstract
This IDC Survey Spotlight shows how Western European operators perceive the most significant drivers of their business transformation priorities and how these are driving them to overhaul their businesses. This IDC Survey Spotlight examines data from IDC's Telco Transformation Survey, March 2023. This study surveyed 73 telecom leaders from the world's largest telecom operators, with 39 respondents coming from Western Europe. This included respondents from the U.K., France, Germany, Spain, and the Nordics.
