Abstract
This IDC Survey highlights results from IDC's 2023 European Imaging Printing and Document Solutions Survey. It reviews and analyzes select questions around print services contract type preferences. This is part of a broader research series highlighting findings and themes from this April/May 2023 survey.
IDC conducted a web-based survey of 2,505 European respondents responsible for print procurement and management. The goal was to learn more about user wants and needs in the procurement and management of print. Additionally, it aims to gauge awareness and adoption of related technologies and industry trends including digital transformation, cloud, security, remote assistance, sustainability initiatives, hybrid working, and smart office.
