Abstract
This IDC Survey Spotlight identifies which cloud resources are considered most underutilized by organizations and whether IT and business leaders share a similar view. It also highlights differences between organizations that use cloud extensively versus those that use it marginally. It draws on the results of IDC's European CloudOps and Governance Survey, 2023, which found that there is a focus on the business value of cloud spend for both IT and business leaders.
