Abstract
This IDC Survey draws data from IDC's 2024 European Future of Work Employee Experience Survey, focusing on workers' real-life experience with flexible work models in Europe.
"Flexible work arrangements in Europe have advanced, with job satisfaction among hybrid workers remaining stable," said Meike Escherich, associate research director, Future of Work Europe at IDC. " Nevertheless, there has been a noticeable widening of the job satisfaction gap between hybrid and fully on-site workers since 2022. This trend raises concerns about the wisdom of mandating a complete return to the office."
