This IDC MarketScape examines the IT service management (ITSM) vendors IDC believes are most relevant in the Asia/Pacific region today. Considering the AI Everywhere wave that is sweeping the globe, ITSM is about to undergo further significant transformation. Already ITSM has moved from being a backroom function to becoming a critical enabler of digital business, and AI, if leveraged correctly, will create a shift-change in the effectiveness and capabilities of ITSM.
