Abstract

This IDC Survey Spotlight explores the challenges faced by Asia/Pacific organizations when implementing AIOps practices.

AI observability is becoming more popular in Asia/Pacific, where there is a greater need for tools and best practices for machine learning and AI. However, issues with the lack of competent workers, data limitations, talent shortages, and high total cost of ownership (TCO) remain. AIOps solutions should consider data gathering, data governance, next-generation AI/ML capabilities, model accuracy, and performance for successful implementations.
