This IDC Survey Spotlight provides a view of the key vendor types (hyperscalers, generative AI [GenAI] tool vendors, IT consulting, application vendors, and so forth) that enterprises intend to partner with for GenAI projects in the next 12 months.
IDC research indicates that Asia/Pacific (excluding Japan) (APEJ) enterprises are anticipated to consider IT consulting vendors as the top strategic partner for GenAI projects. GenAI platform vendors followed by hyperscalers are the other key strategic partners to be considered.
