Abstract

This IDC Survey Spotlights provides findings from IDC's Global IT Skills Survey, highlighting the skills that are deemed most important for success among IT professionals in Asia/Pacific (excluding Japan) (APEJ). The availability of sufficient human workforce with appropriate IT skills will make or break an organization's digital transformation (DX) journey. As global demand for IT talents and professionals far exceeds the supply, organizations in the APEJ region must ensure that their current talent pool is adequately trained with the skills that enable their staff to achieve professional success. The survey features 466 IT managers and IT professionals in Asia/Pacific.
