Abstract
This IDC Survey Spotlight examines the priority technology investments of small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) across Asia/Pacific (including Japan) (APJ). It also reviews which vendors SMBs prefer in purchasing technology solutions. SMBs in Asia/Pacific have realized the need for solutions that could provide them with the flexibility and scalability needed to continue their business operations. Therefore, they are looking for cloud providers that can help them with solutions to improve customer experience (CX), deliver market-relevant products, and increase service uptime. The data is from IDC's 2022 Asia/Pacific Future SMB Survey fielded in February 2022.
