Salesforce Dominates While Shopify Climbs CRM Application Market Share in 1H2022

SINGAPORE, May 02, 2023 – According to a recent IDC Market share titled Asia/P a cific CRM Application Market Shares, 1H22: Salesforce Dominates While Shopify Climbs, the Asia/Pacific including Japan (APJ) CRM applications market grew by 14% in the first half of 2022 for a revenue of US$ 4.25 billion.

Customers expect brands to deliver seamless contextualized experiences across all digital and physical channels. Further, they can recognize when a brand goes above and beyond to truly connect with them and deliver an exceptional CX.
