This IDC Survey Spotlight explores liquid cooling adoption for high-density (40 kW+) racks. The survey shows that approximately half of the organizations use liquid cooling as their predominant cooling method, with only a slight (<1%) increase over the next two years.
The survey results are tabulated from IDC's March 2024 Datacenter Operations and Sustainability Survey, with a sample size of 354.
