This IDC Survey Spotlight draws upon IDC's Cloud Pulse Survey data to look at how much self-management SMBs have planned for their future IT needs. Many SMBs have faced fee hikes in the last year as service providers passed on inflationary price rises. This is despite the increasing complexity of cloud and requirements for more costly IT infrastructure.
