Abstract
This IDC Survey Spotlight highlights the results from IDC's March 2024 Datacenter Operations and Sustainability Survey of 510 enterprise datacenter operators (n = 120 North America, n =100 Asia, n = 260 in EMEA, n = 30 in Latin America) on their current power usage effectiveness (PUE) and anticipated PUE in 2 years. Enterprise datacenter operators showed a PUE improvement in the face of similar pessimism 15 months ago, but pessimism for the future remains.
