This IDC Survey Spotlight highlights the results of IDC's latest SSE/SASE Buyer Adoption Survey, which dives deep into buyer perspectives on security priorities, experiences, and expectations. For 2024, SSE/SASE buyers are expected to prioritize the consolidation of interfaces and consistent security posture between on-premises and remote/contracted users and devices. However, by 2027, buyers expect to shift their focus to apps and resources (in-house hosted to cloud hosted).
